• Monitor information systems for security incidents and vulnerabilities across endpoints, identity, cloud, and email security tools.
• Performs first-level triage of security events, escalating as needed.
• Documents findings clearly and maintains security tickets through resolution.
• Supports vulnerability management and third-party risk programs.
• Assists governance, risk, and compliance activities and security awareness campaigns.
