Job summary

VaishTechnologies LLC in Alpharetta, GA seeks an IT Security Analyst to install, rebuild and configure servers and related infrastructure, while enforcing standards and security practices. You will monitor systems, manage backups, and implement authentication, PKI, and Secure ID for clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering and at least five years of ACE server maintenance experience, plus willingness to travel to client sites across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
• Five years of ACE server maintenance experience.
• Five years of experience providing managed service for authentication of end users; utilizing Secure Id and managing PKI for Clients.
• Willingness to travel on assignment to various unanticipated client sites within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Install and rebuild servers, configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage according to standards and requirements.
• Install and configure systems such as GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures; contribute to system standards.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verify integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, logs, and backups.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify intrusions; manage backups and media handling.
