Catalyst Brands in Lenexa, Kansas, is seeking an IT Technician to support the Fulfillment Operation Center and Data Center teams.

You will handle level-one end-user and server-room issues, follow IT standards, work with IT staff and vendors, and participate in projects such as installations, migrations, and decommissions.

The role requires a technical institute or associate degree or equivalent experience, and a willingness to work shifts in a fast-paced retail IT environment.

Qualifications

• Technical Institute or an Associate Degree, or 3–5 years of formal training/work experience.
• General working knowledge of PC/LAN hardware, OS, networking, and data centers.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork abilities; able to lead small projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide level-one IT support for end users and data center issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents to minimize disruption for customers.
• Follow IT standards for reporting, monitoring, and documenting issues.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and end users to resolve issues.
• Assist in escalations to home/offshore IT teams as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Support projects like installations, migrations, and decommissions.
• Be able to work independently and staff shifts.
