Darkhorse Tech in Hawaii is hiring a front-line IT support specialist to resolve Tier 1 issues for dental practices. You will handle password resets, printer problems, and basic workstation support, primarily during Hawaii Standard Time business hours.

You will support Windows, Microsoft 365, macOS, and Open Dental, document work, and escalate complex problems. We look for calm, clear communicators who can work independently and build real relationships with clients.
