Job description

NOW HIRING REMOTE TIER 1 CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Qualifications:
  • Must have previous technical help desk experience or a recent technical certificate.
Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound calls supporting families with login issues and provide customer support to resolve problems.
  2. Manage approximately 30-50 inbound calls daily.
  3. Respond to inquiries regarding products or services, complaints, remote access, logins, website issues, and platform navigation.
  4. Assist via inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails from families, students, and occasionally teachers troubleshooting platform and login issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills, particularly with HP laptops, including performance, microphone/camera settings, and peripherals.
  • Experience with Active Directory, including password resets.
  • Remote work experience with a quiet workspace and high-speed internet.
Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $17.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment status and tenure. Benefits may include:
