Support Engineer - Onsite in LA

A client of Insight Global is hiring for a Support Engineer to join their team in the LA area. This role involves three key responsibilities:

1. Conducting conference room checks for technology and systems.
2. Providing break-fix support for hardware or software issues within conference rooms.
3. Offering client-facing meeting support for technical issues during meetings.

The candidate will be required to be onsite every day at the client's headquarters.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an AV technician.
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, etc.
• Experience with MS Teams, Zoom, Webex.
• Basic networking and AV networking skills.
• Experience supporting corporate meetings.
• White glove service experience.
