Job summary

Galen Medical Group seeks a Training and Development (TIDE) Coordinator to design, implement, and run training programs across clerical, clinical, and phlebotomy roles. The role emphasizes building competency, coordinating schedules, and updating training materials to support Galen’s operational goals.

The ideal candidate will have CMA/Phlebotomy credentials, CPR certification, and solid experience with EMR and practice management systems, ensuring high-quality education for staff and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training for clerical, clinical, and phlebotomy roles.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and workflows.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA compliance in medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, implement, and conduct training programs for Galen employees.
• Coordinate training for new staff and ongoing competency assessments.
• Maintain training records, attendance, test results, and retraining needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and advise on improvements.
