Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. in Las Vegas is hiring a Ticketing Associate to sell tickets, handle exchanges, refunds, and guest inquiries at the venue.

You will balance sales activity, maintain familiarity with Ticketmaster Host and ARCHTICS, and ensure a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Ticketmaster Host and ARCHTICS ticketing systems.
• This person must have good communication skills, a commitment to high-quality customer service and be able to handle the high-pressure environment.
• Experience with accurate processing of point-of-sales transactions.
• Honesty and integrity are essential to this position.

Who are we hiring?

Responsible for selling tickets and distributing will call (tickets). This role will also assist guests with customer service inquiries as it relates to tickets.

Special Requirements

• Ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift.
• May be exposed to theatrical smoke, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, intense sound, rapid motion video effects, smoke, and odors
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Hourly Pay Range

$21—$21 USD
