Job summary

The Nashua Center for the Arts is seeking a friendly Ticketing Associate to join the Ticketing department. You will greet guests, answer emails and calls, and help guests purchase tickets at the box office. You should be comfortable with pricing, seating charts, cash and card transactions, and using the eTix platform.

Shifts include daytime 10am-2pm, plus evenings and weekends for events. You will report to the Patron Services Manager and act as the first touchpoint for guest relations, ensuring

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to operate basic software and devices including tablet, card swipe, and POS.
• Flexible daytime shifts 10am–2pm, plus nights and weekends for events.
• Able to handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service at the box office via phone, email, or in person.
• Be knowledgeable about pricing, seating charts, and event information for upcoming events.
• Sell ticket inventory and update patron accounts on the eTix platform.
• Accurately handle cash or credit card transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile cash drawer and maintain transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and manage box office supplies.
• Prepare Will Call, guest lists, VIP passes on event day.
• Assist with reporting of available ticket inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Ticketing department.
