About the Role

We are looking for fun-loving, enthusiastic individuals to join our Merlin Entertainments Admissions Team as part-time Hosts.

As a Team Merlin Admissions Host, you will help craft lifelong memories for guests at our attractions while encouraging repeat visits. You will deliver top standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge, ensuring guests have fun in a magical, safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Approach guest service with enthusiasm, assertiveness, and passion, embodying Merlin Values.
• Engage proactively with guests, demonstrating enthusiasm and energetic fun.
• Maximize sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage queue lines safely while providing excellent guest experiences.
• Communicate comfortably with diverse guests, visitors, and team members.
• Keep public areas stocked, clean, and tidy, ready for opening and throughout the day.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as per departmental plans.
• Ensure health, safety, and security compliance, including COVID-19 policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• Preferred 6 months to 1 year experience in ticketing, admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service roles.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with guests and team members.
• Comfortable in noisy environments and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently or in a team, with problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
