Legends Global operates the Mohegan Arena @ Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, seeking a part-time Box Office Ticket Seller. Responsibilities include handling ticket sales, will-call distributions, and daily cash reconciliation while maintaining high guest relations.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and event-driven hours is required. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and professional interaction in a high-volume environment, with background checks and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or student currently pursuing a HS diploma.
• Pass a HireRight background check in compliance with company policy.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale knowledge.
• Ticketmaster or venue box office experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude for guest relations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close ticket window as required.
• Sell and distribute will-call tickets using Ticketmaster software.
• Reconcile daily sales reports and cash deposits.
• Answer customers’ questions promptly and courteously.
• Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance and organized workspace.
• Maintain energetic, professional relationships with coworkers, clients, and the public.
• Perform related clerical work and other assignments as requested.
• Duties may be assigned beyond listed items.
