Houston Symphony Society is seeking a Part-Time Patron Services Senior Representative at Jones Hall in Houston, TX. The role handles subscription and ticket orders, exchanges, and related transactions with a focus on superior customer service.

The position requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Previous ticket office/Subscriptions experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and embody the Symphonys customer service mission to create raving fans at every touch point.
• Process subscription, single ticket orders, and exchanges.
• Ensure completion of transactions up to mailing of tickets and information screens.
• Engage in cross-selling, up-selling, and donation asks.
• Assist in creating new Tessitura training document and train new staff.
• Promote and track Patron Services Incentive contests.
• Concert duty as scheduled and perform additional duties as required.

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Patron Services

Status: Part-time, non-exempt

Principal Responsibilities

• Uphold and embody the Symphonys customer service mission to: create raving fans at every customer touch point through proactively offering superior service, personalized care and a positive experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Process subscription, single ticket orders, and exchanges.
• Ensure completion of all transactions up to and including subscription sales, information screens, and mailing of tickets in an accurate manner.
• Engage successfully in cross-selling, up-selling, and donation asks.
• Assist Sr. Manager with creating a new V11 Tessitura training document.
• Assist Assistant Manager with training and testing new Patron Services employees.
• Promote and Track Patron Services Incentive contests.
• Concert duty as scheduled.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Houston Symphony.

Qualifications
