This role supports Premium, Business Development, Group Sales, Inside Sales, and Concerts & Events, coordinating marketing campaigns, data review, lead lists, and prospect pipelines.

• Experience in Ticket Sales & Service is highly preferred.
• Understanding of the annual ticketing lifecycle (pricing, inventory, on-sale, renewals, fulfillment).
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Sales lifecycle planning and execution across sales sub-departments.
• Provide administrative support, manage internal docs and sales reporting.
• Analyze data and generate buyer profiles to inform outreach and strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and collateral for sales.
• Coordinate group ticket packages and fan experiences for events.
