Job summary

The Florida Panthers are seeking a part-time Box Office Representative at Amerant Bank Arena to sell tickets, answer questions, and deliver exceptional service. This role requires handling credit card transactions and providing friendly, accurate information to guests.

Hours include nights, weekends, and holidays; the position is non-exempt and part-time. Prior live events experience is helpful, and you will support the Box Office Manager and sales team.

Responsible for selling tickets, distributing tickets, and providing excellent customer service to Amerant Bank Arena and War Memorial Auditorium guests. Requires proper handling of credit card transactions. This role requires availability on nights and weekends.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part time, non-exempt (hourly) position. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
