Overview

Brighton Resort is looking for friendly, energetic, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Ticket Sales Cashiers to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As a front-line member of our resort, you’ll set the tone for each guest’s day on the mountain by creating positive first impressions, providing a warm welcome, and ensuring smooth, accurate transactions.

Stationed in the ticket office, you’ll assist guests with purchasing lift tickets, season passes, and resort products while delivering excellent service. This role is essential in ensuring efficient sales processes, supporting guests with clear information, and helping them navigate their mountain experience. As a visible ambassador of Brighton Resort, you’ll balance guest service, accuracy, and professionalism while thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that reflects Brighton’s culture of hospitality, mountain adventure, and excellence in service.
