Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a Seasonal Ticket & Activity Sales Agent on-location at Snowshoe, WV. You will handle lift tickets, season passes, and resort activities, providing top-tier guest service in a fast-paced environment.

This seasonal role requires strong communication, knowledge of resort offerings, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site work at Snowshoe, WV is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Resort and sales experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various sales systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service with knowledgeable and positive interactions.
• Guide guests through their vacation experience with recommendations and resort information.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, including the appearance of On Mountain Sales locations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including money drops.
• Ensure proper inventory and supply levels.
• Participate in pre-shift, department, and resort meetings as needed.

Pay: $15.25 per hour

Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
