Assist guests with the purchase of Paradise Pier day passes and single ride purchases. Review pre-ordered passes daily and prepare for daily operations. Must have cash handling skills and experience, and be able to run and process credit card transactions. Provide information to guests about the entire Paradise Pier. Ticket office attendants may also be trained on Birthday or other parties and events held at Paradise Pier or other venues on the property. Assist guests with questions regarding the purchase, recharging, account summary, or activity summary of their park pass. Monitor and inspect all equipment and perform general maintenance to maintain a clean and safe environment. Perform daily checks on equipment per company guidelines and report all other problems to the Manager or Supervisor.
