Ensure guest needs are met by closely monitoring interactive amusement rides, attractions, and games. Will be trained and assigned to attractions at Paradise Pier. Ride attendants may also assist with ticketing, birthday parties, and events at Paradise Pier or other venues on the property. Help guests with questions regarding park pass purchases, recharges, or account summaries. Monitor and inspect attractions and equipment, perform general maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness. Provide excellent guest service, assist guests in need, and stock equipment according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness of rides and equipment, inside and outside. Monitor event activities for safety and rule adherence. Enforce Paradise Pier rules and dress codes. Oversee smooth operation of Paradise Pier, focusing on guest experience. Comply with all policies, procedures, controls, and regulations. Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Paradise Pier for entertainment. Maintain high standards of team relations and property appearance. Ensure efficient service, adhere to budget, and participate in training sessions. Greet guests, provide personal service exceeding expectations, and uphold quality standards, including inspections and guest satisfaction surveys.
