Description: The Concession Attendant rotates between Cashier, Food Expo, and Food and Beverage Huts. Responsibilities include providing excellent food and beverage service in a fun, clean environment, greeting guests, checking IDs, managing traffic flow, taking orders, cash handling, food preparation, plating, and presentation according to Resort Standards. The role ensures timely delivery of hot and cold foods, maintains proper food temperatures, and may involve responsibilities in other venues, including guest services, training, and profit and loss management. Focus areas include guest satisfaction, high-quality food, proper plate presentation, adherence to product specifications, and sanitation standards. Additional duties may include training team members, controlling costs, and maintaining health inspection scores. The role may also involve executing Room Service or banquets, depending on assignment, and adhering to budgets and regulations. The Concession Stand Specialist performs all duties aligned with company and brand standards, with a focus on guest service and quality. May be assigned other Food & Beverage responsibilities as needed and participate in meetings and training. Welcoming guests and providing proactive, personalized service is essential.
