Rochester Theatre Management in Geneseo, NY is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Ticket/Concessions sales associate to join our team. As a Cashier, you will ring up sales, take payments, and issue receipts while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service and basic cash register operations, can work a flexible schedule, and enjoys a fast-paced movie theater environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
• Willingness to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and actively assist while they are purchasing tickets and concession items
• Work the register to ring up sales and complete transactions
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Maintain a solid knowledge of product inventory to assist customers with their selections
• Clean movie theaters, lobby and bathrooms in between movie showtimes.
