Job summary

KFC Yum! Center, operated by Legends Global, is seeking staff to assist customers with ticket purchases and provide information about events. The role includes distributing will call and handling ticketing duties at the box office.

Compensation starts at $12/hour and requires friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced venue environment. Candidates should be able to operate basic computer systems, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and maintain a high standard of guest

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently handle cash or payments.
• Must provide excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Operates Ticketmaster system to assist customers with ticket purchases.
• Accesses and distributes will call for tickets purchased via Ticketmaster and box office will call.
• Answers event-related questions (ticket availability, pricing, seating, schedule).
• Interacts professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Distributes change accurately and balances cash at start/end of shift.
