Job summary

Capital Vacations in Branson, Missouri is seeking a Ticket Agent to sell tickets and provide show information to customers, both over the phone and in-person. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Ticket Agent will be responsible for customer service, accurate money handling, and staying updated on shows and attractions. Join us for a rewarding experience with benefits including health insurance and time off.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service to all Branson vacation guests.
• Sell tickets to guests, always upselling.
• Provide accurate money‑handling skills, including credit cards and pre‑authorizations.
• Provide accurate information to all Branson vacation guests regarding shows and attractions.
• Work with OPC’s.
• Stay up to date on current shows and attractions.

• Provide accurate information to all Branson vacation guests, including but not limited to shows, and attractions. Special Events in Branson, hotels, restaurants, and shopping
• Work with OPC’s
• Ability to stay up to date on the current and upcoming shows and attractions, regarding location, schedule, and content of the show
• Ability to stay up to date on all policies and procedures
