Job summary

Capital Vacations in Branson, MO is seeking a friendly Ticket Agent to sell tickets by phone or in person and provide show information. You will upsell, handle money and credit card transactions, and share knowledge about shows, hotels, restaurants, and attractions. The role requires excellent communication, strong accuracy, and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service to all Branson vacation guests.
• Sell tickets to guests, always upselling.
• Provide accurate money-handling skills, including credit cards and pre-authorizations.
• Provide accurate information to all Branson vacation guests, including but not limited to shows, and attractions. Special Events in Branson, hotels, restaurants, and shopping.
• Work with OPC’s
• Ability to stay up to date on the current and upcoming shows and attractions, regarding location, schedule, and content of the show.
• Ability to stay up to date on all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

The Ticket Agent is responsible for accurately selling tickets to customers by phone or in-person and providing show information as needed.
