Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to support the Georgia Department of Transportation's TIA program. This role oversees Heart of Georgia Altamaha TIA 2 projects and liaises with GDOT, local governments, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

Based in Georgia with a remote work option, the successful candidate will manage project delivery, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with GDOT policies while leading a team of project professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• 4 years of roadway construction or transportation project management experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License for site visits.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies, consultants, and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Heart of Georgia Altamaha TIA 2 transportation projects.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with GDOT, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with local governments on project status and delivery.
