ARCO/Murray National Construction in Chicago is seeking a Project Manager for our Tenant Improvement team, focused on commercial TI projects such as office buildings. You will assume full responsibility for project performance, client satisfaction, and moving work from design to completion.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or construction management, 2–5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings and project budgets with clients/design team.
• Review scope, reduce costs, and negotiate contracts and fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and vendor coordination.
• Develop schedules, track performance, and manage owner pay apps and reports.
