The role supports emerging and licensed therapists with a collaborative clinical team and opportunities for supervision as you advance toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Experience with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including free supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans supporting stable functioning.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists.
