Job summary

Qualifications
- Required: seven (7) years in program/project management, healthcare operations, or related roles.
- Experience coordinating multi-site projects or community-based initiatives is needed.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, meetings, and communications is required.
- Experience with quality improvement, evaluation, or reporting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional deployment readiness activities and timelines.
- Lead regional implementation and training coordination across sites.
- Manage workforce operations and onboarding for regional hub staff.
- Support program evaluation, CQI, and data reporting.
- Coordinate end-user access improvements and issue resolution.
- Serve as regional liaison and coordinate stakeholder meetings.
- Align regional work with statewide program goals and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations.
