Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Modesto, CA is seeking an Attractions Attendant to help operate rides safely and deliver a fun guest experience. You will follow company policies, enforce rules, handle equipment, and assist guests entering and exiting attractions.

The role requires alertness, clear communication, ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, and a willingness to learn through on-the-job training; prior guest service experience is a plus and bilingual skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in guest service or attraction operations is a plus.
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly; follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate attractions only when certified through on-the-job training.
• Ensure attractions are operated per policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Explain and enforce attraction rules, including age and height restrictions.
• Maintain and issue equipment required for each attraction.
• Monitor attractions continuously and assist guests entering/exiting safely.
• Prevent unauthorized persons from starting rides and report issues to management.
• Report emergencies promptly to supervisor or manager on duty.
• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
