Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Galesburg, IL seeks a motivated Retail Store Processor to sort, price donated goods and help meet production goals. This role supports community programs through thrift-store operations.

Shifts are 20–28 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided to build retail and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise.
• Help track and report production numbers.
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor.
• Receive trucks and unload/move product to departments.
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces.
• Team with colleagues to meet daily production goals.
