Family Pathways Thrift Stores is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Ham Lake Thrift Store in Wyoming, MN. You’ll lead staff and volunteers, drive sales, and ensure a welcoming, well-organized shop that funds our social programs.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with management experience, strong time-management, and comfort with computers and MS Office. You’ll build a supportive team and model our policies while delivering great customer service.

FULL TIME - THRIFT STORE MANAGER - WYOMING, MN

Family Pathways Thrift Stores is currently recruiting for a Store Manager to manage the day to day operations of our Ham Lake Thrift Store location. Store Managers recruit, train, build and lead a team of staff and volunteers to help transform community donations of gently-used clothing and household goods into funding for our core social programs. Store Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the thrift store, including, but not limited to, building a strong team of staff and volunteers, achieving sales revenue goals, and ensuring a clean, safe and inviting thrift store environment. Your work translates into helping create a safety net of essential services in your community.

What You Get in Return:

• Work-Life Balance: Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 7PM, Saturdays 9AM to 6PM and Sundays 11AM to 5PM, with some weekend and closing shifts each month.
• Salary: $45,000 annually
