Family Pathways Thrift Stores in Forest Lake, MN, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and help transform generous donations into funding for our social programs. You will assist the Store Manager and engage with customers and donors.

We offer a starting wage of $16.50 per hour, a schedule Monday–Friday with weekend rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, EAP

Qualifications

• Proven leader with past supervisory experience.
• Attentive to detail.
• Flexible to work in front of the store and back-of-store operations.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Work with Sales Associates and Volunteers to manage donations and pricing.
• Help train and direct store employees and volunteers.
• Participate in all aspects of thrift store operations to support community programs.
