Family Pathways is hiring a PART-TIME Thrift Store Sales Associate in North Branch, MN to support cashiering, pricing and merchandising of donated goods. You will help customers, process donations at the back door, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour, with rotating weekend shifts and variable hours based on operations; benefits include health insurance with optional HSA, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement plan with company match,

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced thrift store environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Cashiering and assisting customers at the front of the store.
• Pricing, merchandising and displaying donated goods.
• Receiving and sorting donations at the back door.
