The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Des Moines, IA is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, manage donations, pricing, and customer experience. You’ll drive sales, maintain store standards, oversee payroll, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in staff management and development or combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English for effective communication.

• Oversee donation processes, pricing and presentation
