Responsibilities

• Ensure store meets financial targets and key performance metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members.
• Plan staffing, recruit, and train staff for peak periods.
• Monitor merchandising, promotions, and loss prevention.
• Direct cash handling, banking procedures, and reporting.
