Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Las Cruces, NM is hiring a Driver/Donation Attendant for full-time, on-site work. You will greet donors, assist with donations, operate loading and sorting equipment, and perform pickups while maintaining safety and courteous service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience operating a baler preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and donors and assist with donations.
• Load clothing bales for transport and unload donated items.
• Operate the baling machine and price electronics as trained.
• Schedule and perform pickups; conduct daily truck checks.
• Maintain appearance as TSA representative and attend trainings.
