Idaho Youth Ranch in Nampa, ID is seeking a Thrift Store Associate who thrives on great customer service. You will represent our nonprofit, operate cash registers, price and stock donated items, and assist with loading heavy donations.

Weekend availability is a must, and you’ll join a team committed to helping Idaho’s youth. In this full-time role, you’ll contribute to our mission while earning benefits like paid time off and a 401(k) match.

As a Thrift Store Associate in one of our Thrift Stores, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by selling donated items; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.

Must Haves:

• Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers
• Ability to work weekends

Our Thrift Store Associate:

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment
