Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a dedicated Thrift Store Associate to join our Idaho stores and contribute to our mission of serving youth across the state. In this role, you will greet customers, operate the register, and help prepare donated items for sale to support our programs.

You will be responsible for sorting, pricing, stocking merchandise, and assisting with loading and unloading duties as needed, within a caring and mission-driven environment at our thrift location in Idaho.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to WOW customers.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Operate cash registers and processing equipment.
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment

• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
