Job summary

Jubilee Ministries in Lebanon County, PA is seeking a Retail Professional to cross-functionally support the store ministry at multiple locations. You will provide an excellent customer service experience, operate the register, and assist in resolving customer concerns and returns.

You’ll help keep shelves full and organized, process donations, and assist with loading or unloading purchases. Join a mission-driven team with scheduled hours and a faith-centered environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service for store and dock visitors.
Operate the register as scheduled and assist with transactions.
Resolve customer concerns and returns with management support.
Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
Keep shelves well-stocked, displayed, and store clean and organized.
Process donations according to policy.
Assist with loading/unloading purchases and donations.
Participate in staff meetings and team building.

What You’ll Do

Seeking a Retail Professional to cross-functionally support the store ministry at multiple locations in Lebanon County, Manheim, and Wernersville.
Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
Process donations according to policy.
Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
