Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations including staff supervision, production, sales, store maintenance and banking.
• Develop customer relationships and programs to improve store image with staff and community.
• Support banking and record-keeping procedures; assist in personnel reviews and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to maintain safety, cleanliness, and budget controls.
• Assist with training and supervision of staff and ensure compliance with policies.
