Job summary

Christian Family Care's Family Care KIDS program is hiring experienced staff who love kids and Jesus. This full‑time role, Monday–Friday, offers $16–$19 per hour DOE and a flexible benefits package.

You will work with a team of educators to support learning in outdoor and indoor settings, ensure safety, and keep parents informed. Requirements: AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/1st Aid, negative TB test, HS diploma or equivalent + 6 months classroom experience, ability to lift 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/1st Aid Certification
• Negative TB Test
• HS Diploma or Equivalent + 6 months classroom experience
• Ability to spend time outdoors, lift at least 35lbs, crouch/bend over, sit on floor and stand for extended time periods.
• Applicants must be able to pass 5-panel drug screen

Responsibilities

• Actively participate with children

• Provide coverage for teacher during lunch
