Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a breakfast cook for the Atrium SPIRIT program at the Frisco Embassy Suites. Prepare and cook breakfast items with consistency using standardized recipes, and assist with breakfast setup and kitchen operations.

We value teamwork, safety, and a positive attitude. Experience in food service (6 months preferred) and Food Safety/Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days) are desirable.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary or food service experience (6 months preferred).
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend and move during shift.
• Positive, team-first attitude with flexibility for mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items with consistency and care using standardized recipes
• Support breakfast setup, line prep, and kitchen opening/closing duties
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and dishwashing stations
• Ensure food is prepped for the following day and assist with inventory rotation
