Snap Inc. is seeking a Threat Investigations Analyst to join the Proactive Trust & Safety team. You will analyze Terms of Service and Community Guidelines violations, build data-informed insights, and help design automated safety rules with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering.

The role focuses on scaling detection capabilities, measuring safety impact, and contributing to policy and product improvements with a data-first mindset.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of abuse detection, enforcement, or investigations.
• 2+ years of SQL querying large datasets and cross-source joins.
• 2+ years of data analysis and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate Terms of Service and Community Guidelines violations.
• Analyze data trends and document insights for cross-functional teams.
• Develop and refine automated detection and enforcement rules.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve safety tools.
