Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Program Lead, Threat Intelligence to own end-to-end initiatives within the Security & Networking unit. You will bridge threat research, engineering, and product teams to embed actionable intelligence across Cisco's security portfolio.

The role requires deep knowledge of threat intelligence lifecycle, risk management, and cross-functional software integration testing; PMP/CSM/SAFe are a plus, with excellent communication to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's +12 years, a Master's +8 years, or PhD +5 years of complex program management in software/cloud environments.
Experience leading multi-functional programs with engineering, data, and research teams.
Knowledge of threat intelligence concepts (IOCs, TTPs, MITRE ATT&CK, feeds, STIX/TAXII).
Experience with risk identification, tracking, and mitigation frameworks.
Familiarity with integration and QA testing practices for software/data platforms.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and MS Project.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap, planning, and execution of threat intel programs across product lines.
Drive cross-functional alignment among Threat Research, Engineering, Data Science, and PM teams.
Define milestones, dependencies, resources, and success metrics; report status to leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks; manage vendor contracts and external feeds as needed.
Coordinate integration testing of feeds into security products and ensure quality.
