Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Cyber Threat Intelligence organization to influence security culture across Amazon. You will lead cross-team strategic improvement projects, apply threat intelligence lifecycle knowledge, and deliver automation that scales intelligence.

You will own metrics, develop repeatable processes, coordinate intelligence sharing, and drive initiatives with analysts, engineers, and customer teams to meet security priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
• 2+ years of IT Security experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management across ACTI's customer experience initiatives, data governance, metrics and reporting, and the operational rhythm of business activities.
• Own the customer feedback cycle, coordinate cross-team goals and priorities, and ensure that analyst requirements are effectively translated into actionable engineering roadmap items.
• Work with analysts, engineers, and customer teams to develop innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges.
• Prioritize, communicate clearly, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
