Job summary

NiSource Inc. is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst to join the Hybrid team in the Enterprise Security group. The role gathers and analyzes geopolitical and security-related intel, produces briefings and risk assessments, and supports protective intelligence and travel security programs.

Requires 4+ years in threat intelligence or related fields, OSINT proficiency, and experience delivering reports to technical and senior audiences. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Threat Intelligence / security operations experience.
• Experience applying the intelligence lifecycle and OSINT methodologies.
• Experience producing all-source reports for technical and senior audiences.
• Experience with OSINT tools and threat intelligence platforms.
• Proficiency in Word, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and AI models for data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze geopolitically focused open-source, proprietary, and partner intelligence.
• Produce strategic and tactical intelligence products, including threat assessments and risk forecasts.
• Support protective intelligence and travel security programs with timely updates.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Corporate Security teams on incidents and investigations.
• Develop and refine intelligence reporting thresholds, templates, and KPIs.
