Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic tools, monitoring protocols, and resolve incidents through RCA.
• Conduct IT infrastructure evaluations, identify gaps, and propose enhancements.
• Create secure, scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Optimize deployment processes and prepare deployment documentation.
• Implement change management to minimize risks during system updates.
• Analyze system performance and design monitoring to prevent bottlenecks.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
