Job summary

Infosys seeks an Infrastructure Consultant 2 in the US to join the Delivery domain. You will resolve complex incidents, assess client IT infrastructure, and design scalable, cost‑effective solutions while documenting deployments and aligning release schedules.

Work with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to ensure security, compliance, and smooth transitions. Strong collaboration, communication, and automation focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 3 years progressive experience in the specialty preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document findings.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare actionable assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation.
• Coordinate deployments, verify post‑deployment testing, and manage version control.
