Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to drive security-focused infrastructure projects across multiple clients in the US. You will analyze incidents, assess IT infrastructure, and design scalable, cost-effective solutions while driving documentation and governance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with onsite and offshore teams, deployment management, and continuous improvement of security controls in a DevOps context. Relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in security and infrastructure is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate/travel to work sites in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and internal teams to resolve incidents and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and produce actionable assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation.
• Coordinate deployments, testing, and environment readiness per protocols.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and continuity plans to ensure system integrity.
