United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Threat Detection Analyst to monitor and analyze customer activity with emphasis on security, including account takeover and bot attacks. The role focuses on application-layer security and scalable distributed systems, collaborating with security engineers to support customers globally.

You will work in a 24x7 CSOC framework, aligning with security, operations, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SOC environment.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud or hybrid deployments; Apache/NGINX/IIS or other web servers.
• Scripting ability with Python/Java/Go/Rust/PHP/Unix/Linux Shell/C# or other Web languages.
• Strong infosec background with knowledge in Application Security.
• Experience in IT or security technical support, operations, or research role.
• Unix/Linux or Windows System Administration.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and mentor others in security knowledge.
• Fluent spoken & written English.
• Ability and experience in troubleshooting software products.
• Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Provide deep application-security experience on escalated cases from customers and automated systems.
• Carry out continuous-improvement work and research to advance customer security products and operations.
• Contribute to processes and policies that scale the organization as it grows.
• Create and review reporting to customers on security services.
• Create and manage security content for customer environments.
