Fortified Health Security is seeking a Senior Threat Defense Manager to lead the threat defense team in a hybrid role serving healthcare clients. You will oversee incident investigations, develop detection rules, and coordinate with clients to resolve CSAT issues while ensuring service quality and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role and 2+ years in leadership.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

• Lead Threat Defense personnel and promote growth.
• Review environments with clients to resolve CSAT issues.
• Create, maintain, and mature SOPs and training docs.
• Perform advanced incident investigations and lead research.
• Develop advanced rules based on security threats.
• Present alerts, metrics, and remediation tasks to customers.
